In addition it helps to visually educate the patient on problematic areas and keeps a history of yearly exams to follow diagnostic progression.  The digital imaging is processed in real time immediately capturing full color ocular photos. Its superior quality in high resolution allows the images to be: enlarged, enhanced, segmented and stored. The images can be printed and networked via the internet for further analysis. The system also provides photo documentation for billable reimbursement.
